Three Interactive Play Elements to Kickstart an Ocean Adventure!

We are thrilled to contribute to Hong Kong Ocean Park’s “Explorer R” indoor enhancement project, creating a delightful and educational play space for young children! This upgrade introduces three exciting play elements: a Maze, an Ocean Animal Interactive Installation, and a Ribbon Maze, designed for children under five to explore marine mysteries while sparking curiosity and learning through play.

1. Children’s Maze: Solve Puzzles to Discover the Ocean World

Tailored for kids around five and under, this maze is built with vibrant yellow pillars and panels, creating a safe and engaging environment. The panels are adorned with lively marine facts and puzzle challenges, such as “finding hidden answers.” Successfully solving the puzzles unlocks the next adventure—the Ocean Animal Interactive Installation—filling kids with a sense of accomplishment!

2. Ocean Animal Interactive Installation: A Dynamic, Magical Experience

After finding answers in the maze, children can input them into the interactive installation to activate a magical device made of 150 small balls! The balls move in unison to form vivid marine animal patterns (like fish schools or sea turtles), allowing young explorers to experience the vibrancy and beauty of ocean life up close, delivering both visual and tactile thrills.

3. Ribbon Maze: A Mysterious Air Tube Adventure

This enchanting maze is composed of multiple air tubes with various entry points. When children place a scarf into the maze, it mysteriously reappears in an unexpected spot! This element not only adds playful fun but also lets kids experience the wonders of airflow and ocean currents in an exciting way.
